In a bowl add the flour, yeast and sugar and blend. Then add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract and beat until the mixture is free of lumps. Finally add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Take the mixture with the measuring cup or spoon and pour it into the saucepan. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the mini crêpes together on a serving plate. Dip them in the hazelnut cream.
