Mini buns with chicken filling: the no-cook recipe to make them soft and tasty

Here is a delicious recipe for mini chicken buns, perfect for an appetizer or a snack:

Ingredients:

Per i buns:

  • 500g of 00 flour
  • 7g of dry brewer’s yeast
  • 250ml of warm milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg (for brushing)

For the chicken filling:

  • 300g chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 courgette, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
