MID-WEEK BAKED DONUTS

MID-WEEK BAKED DONUTS ????

This might become a thing in my house. Baked donuts require either a donut pan or a donut maker. I have both, the donuts in the pan are bigger than the donut maker, but the donut maker makes them faster. The recipe works for both. Instructions for cinnamon and sugar below.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of cake flour

125 g white sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

50 g of melted butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 large egg
METHOD:

1. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare donut pans by spraying with nonstick spray. Donut Maker: Preheat donut maker for 5 minutes before baking donuts.

2. In a large bowl, add the cake flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients together using a whisk.
