Spread the remaining dough evenly on the pan, creating edges.

 Cover the mold with cling film and place in the refrigerator. 

Preparation of the filling:

Remove only the yellow part of the lemon peel to avoid it becoming bitter.

Slice the lemons and oranges, removing the peel and seeds. 

 Grind the fruits into a puree using a blender, add the zest. 

Pour the fruit mixture into a saucepan, add the cornstarch and sugar and mix. 

Cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened. Cool the finished mixture. 

Place the filling on the cooled dough in the pan and level it. 

Grate the frozen dough on the grater. 

 
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
