lemon meatballs

1-Put the minced meat and eggs in a bowl and mix with a fork.

2-Add grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Knead with your hands until you get a uniform mass.

3-Add breadcrumbs and mix well.

4-Form the meatballs and place them on a plate.

5-Drop the meatballs into the flour, shaking off any excess.

6-Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the meatballs, fry for a few minutes, turning them frequently.

7-Add white wine and let it evaporate.

8-Add the juice of one lemon and the zest, then 60 ml of water. Put on the lid and cook for about ten minutes.

9-Place the meatballs on a plate and add the cooking sauce. Finally, garnish with lemon slices and parsley and serve!
