Directions:
- Sift the flour and mix it with all the coating ingredients. Grind them together using a mortar and pestle if needed. Place the mixture in a clean plastic bag.
- Coat each piece of chicken first with the beaten eggs, then with the flour mixture in the bag. Ensure each piece is completely covered.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces slowly without covering the pan. Once the chicken turns brown, cover the skillet and continue frying over very low heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
