1. **Preparation of the ice cream mass**:
– Whip the cream until stiff .



– Slowly add the condensed milk and mix gently to combine the ingredients

– Add the chocolate pieces and mix gently again .



2. **Making Ice Cream Cookies**:
– Line a square or rectangular baking tin with cling film, allowing it to hang over the edges
.

– Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of the tin
.

– Spread the ice cream evenly over the biscuits and smooth the surface
.

– Place another layer of biscuits on top of the ice cream to form sandwiches
.

3. **Freezing**:
– Cover the form with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so that the mixture sets well .



4. **Serving**:
– Remove the pan from the freezer and, using cling film, remove the ice cream cookies from the pan
.

– Cut into individual portions and serve .
