It’s called “pork chop par excellence” and my husband always feels like a king when he eats it.

Ingredients:

6 boneless pork chops (you can also use bone-in pork chops by adjusting the cooking time)

4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup milk

1 package French onion soup mix

1 jar of onion cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 9×13 baking pan.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. In olive oil, sear each side until golden brown, then remove.

Combine the cream of onion soup, French onion soup mix, and milk.

Arrange the potato slices on the bottom of the plate, garnish with the ribs.

Pour the soup mixture over the ribs.

Cook for 60 minutes (longer if using bone-in chops). Pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).

Let the dish rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley to taste and serve.

Enjoy this delicious pork chop supreme, perfectly accompanied by mashed potatoes or scallops, vibrant vegetables or a refreshing salad. This recipe promises to impress with its rich flavors and warm appeal, making it a surefire hit at any family gathering or dinner party.
