Make an apple pie:
Line a 22-24 cm diameter baking dish with baking paper, grease it with butter and sprinkle it with flour. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
Melt the butter, pour half of the butter into the egg yolks, add the milk and salt, continue to beat until smooth. Pour the flour and yeast into the mixture and knead until you get a thick dough.
Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Pour the mixture into the mold and place the apple slices on top.
Butter the apples and sprinkle them with sugar.
Bake the tart at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
This makes a delicious apple pie.
