I probably make this twice a week, Greek Cheese Bread
1. First, put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix.
Then add the water and oil and knead until you get a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
2. In the meantime, brush a plate with olive oil. In the evening crumble the cheese and work it 2/3 into the risen dough.
Also very tasty:
the magic cream, ready in less than 3 minutes!
3. Then, place the dough on the baking tray and flatten it.
Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and oregano. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
2 Cheese bread is best when it is still warm.
