METHOD
Whip the warm milk with the dry yeast, honey and sugar.
Add the 00 flour and salt to the liquids, mix until the dough is cooked.
Knead in the butter and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Knead the chocolate chips into the dough.
Fold the dough as shown in the video 2 times at 15 minute intervals. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into 6 pieces, roll each one out, then roll it into a cigar. Place in the pan.
Set the bread aside for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
Brush with beaten egg before baking at 180°C/350°F for 20-22 minutes.
