Ingredients:

  • Farina 00: 300g
  • Warm water: 150ml
  • Active dry brewer’s yeast: 7g (or 20g of fresh brewer’s yeast)
  • Fine salt: 8g
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Durum wheat semolina: as required for the pastry board
  • Coarse salt: for dusting
  • Fresh rosemary (optional): finely chopped
