Instructions
1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
Then peel the apples and cut them into regular pieces.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
2. Now in a food processor
Beat the eggs with the sugar until
frothy.
Now mix the lemon zest, salt and flour thoroughly.
Now add the milk spoonful by spoonful.
3. Then mix a third of the apples with the homogeneous mixture.
4. Now pour the mixture into a cake tin,
cover the surface with the apples and spread a few flakes of butter
and a few spoonfuls of sugar on the surface.
