Goulash: the simple recipe for a tender and delicious dish!

PREPARATION

Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Also cut the bacon into strips.
Pour the oil into the pan and add the bacon. Fry until the bacon starts to brown, then remove it.
Add the beef cubes and sauté for a few minutes. Remove from the pan.
Add the prepared onion and fry until soft. Add the meat, add salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, cumin, sweet paprika, hot paprika and tomato paste and mix.
Add the red wine and water and mix well. Finally add the bay leaves and mix.
Cover with the lid and cook until the meat is soft and tender, about 30 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve.
