1. Place the Oreo cookies in a bowl and crush them with a glass.
2. Place the crushed cookies in the reserved Oreo bags.
3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream well, add the dulce de leche. Stir.
4. Put everything in a jar and then pour it over the cookies.
5. Place on popsicle sticks and freeze for 3 hours.
6. Dip in melted chocolate (optional)
