PROCEDURE
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, butter and eggs. Knead until you get a compact dough. Add and incorporate the chocolate pieces.
2. Divide the dough in half and wrap each in foil. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. After this time, stretch the first half in a round tin (20 cm in diameter). Spread it with your hands until it covers the entire bottom. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Repeat the operation with the second half of the dough, obtaining two large cookies.
4. Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and mix. Add and incorporate the chocolate pieces.
5. Leave the cookie in the tin, then pour the cream over it. Level and place the second cookie on top.
6. Leave in the freezer for 4 hours.
7. Transfer the frozen cookie to a plate and decorate the creamy part with more chocolate pieces.
