PROCESS:
In a bowl add the flour, yeast, sugar, milk (warm), egg yolks and salt, then mix. When the dough begins to form, work it with your hands.
Add the butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth. Cover with cling film and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
After the time has passed, transfer the dough to the work surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Form balls (about 60 grams) and place them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, transfer the fritters to the pan with hot oil and fry them until they are golden on both sides and fluffy.
Cover the donuts with sugar, fill them with strawberry jam and serve.
