1-Let’s start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into strips using a chopping board and knife.
2-Immerse them in a container of cold water and set aside for 30 minutes.
3-Drain them and dry them with a cloth.
4-Put them back in the bowl, add a little oil and mix well so that all the potatoes are well seasoned.
5-Transfer the potatoes to the fryer basket, not overlapping them too much, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
6-When they are ready, salt the fries in the fryer to taste and serve with our favorite sauce.
