Dorayaki with peanut cream

Preparation Mix eggs with sugar, then add honey, yeast and flour. Beat until smooth. Over medium heat, place 1/8 cup of pasta in a pan like a pancake. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the surface of the pancake is full of bubbles and the edges are dry. Flip and cook for another 1 minute. Garnish with hazelnut cream.
