Ingredients
For the Donut Dough
- 500 g of 00 flour
- 70 g of sugar
- 7 g of dry brewer’s yeast (or 20 g of fresh brewer’s yeast)
- 200 ml of warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of soft butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
