Preparation:

 


1. In a bowl, mix the corn flour, 00 flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
2. Add the egg, vegetable oil and milk, then mix until well combined.
3. Line a muffin tin with paper cups and pour in the mixture. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the muffin tin from the oven.
5. Cut the corn muffins in half, add a piece of butter, drizzle with honey and serve.
