1. First, the apples are peeled and grated into strips. In principle, however, you can cut the apples according to your taste or preference.
2. Then, from 2 sachets of powdered custard, a custard is cooked.
Then pour about 650 ml of milk into a saucepan and mix the remaining 150 ml of powder until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the milk. When the milk boils, remove from heat and add the homogeneous powder mixture.
3. Now roll out the puff pastry and place it in a suitable baking dish.
Then season the apples with cinnamon and sugar and distribute them evenly over the puff pastry base.
Now spread the vanilla pudding on top.
4. Now place the second puff pastry on top and press the edges well.
Using a fork, make holes a few centimetres apart.
Finally, beat the eggs and spread them well on the “lid” with a brush.
5. Now bake the slices O/U at 180° for about 30 minutes until golden. It’s done
