Place 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each other.
Cover with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and roll up. Continue with the remaining ingredients.
Place the rolls in a freezer container and freeze for 25 minutes.
Prepare the breading base: in a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt and pepper. Place the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and mix with the grated parmesan. Place a cup of flour on another plate.
Coat each roll in flour, then in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Repeat this process once more to create a double coating.
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
