Ingredients for crispy French fries
:

700 grams of potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
25 grams of corn starch
2 eggs
100 grams of breadcrumbs
Manual:

Prepare the potatoes: Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into thin strips to resemble French fries. Rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch.
Boil the potatoes: In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the potato strips and boil for about 3 to 5 minutes until slightly tender but not cooked through. Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
Coat the potatoes: In a bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little salt. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Dip each potato strip in the cornstarch, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
Fry the potatoes: Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 356°C (180°F). Fry the breaded potato strips until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
