1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and yeast.
2. Add water and start mixing, then add salt.
3. Knead until soft dough forms and set aside for 5 minutes.
4. Knead again and set aside for another 5 minutes.
5. Then start again and leave for 90/120 minutes.
6. Form the doughnuts and fry them in two different pans.
7. This double frying will make them even softer.
