CLASSIC CAKE

  1. In a bowl add eggs and sugar and mix with mixer until sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
  2. Gradually add the vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and mix well again until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 26 cm cake tin greased with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with icing sugar.
