- In a bowl add eggs and sugar and mix with mixer until sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
- Gradually add the vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and mix well again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 26 cm cake tin greased with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with icing sugar.
