2 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup white wine
1 whole chicken (can be split)
1-In a blender or food processor, place the garlic, coriander, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
2-Blitz very well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
3-In a baking dish place the potato, onion, salt and pepper to taste and the white wine.
4-Sprinkle the chicken very well with the coriander mixture.
5-Arrange the chicken on top of the vegetables in the baking dish.
6-Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
7-Every 30 minutes baste the chicken with the liquid from the baking dish.
8-After the time has elapsed, remove the aluminum from the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes so that the skin browns.
9-After 10 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven, serve and enjoy
