Making these muffins is very easy, you just have to dare to try it. So, grab all your utensils and get started.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the baking tray with paper cases.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Add the sugar and mix until you are sure it is well incorporated.
In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, little by little, with enveloping movements, until well incorporated. Avoid overmixing, this way the muffins will not be hard.
