Chocolate and brown sugar cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°
Make a softened butter: microwave it for 15 seconds.
Whisk the softened butter vigorously with the white sugar and the brown sugar.

Add the egg, vanilla flavoring, pinch of salt and whisk again until smooth.
Pour in the flour, yeast and work everything together using a spatula.
Finish by incorporating the chocolate chips, still using the spatula.
Form balls with the dough obtained and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Flatten the cookies slightly with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 13 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on a rack and enjoy!
Storage
The cookies can be stored in a metal box between two layers of baking paper for up to 15 days. Add two sugar cubes: they will absorb any traces of moisture!
