Step 1
Place the bottom of a greased baking pan with the potato slices.
Step 2
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, then garnish with the sliced onions.
Step 3
Cut the chicken wings in half, along the seam.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and place a layer on top of the potatoes.
Step 5
Pour the chicken broth, wine and olive oil into the baking dish and cook for 50 minutes, turning the wings halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
