In a medium bowl, combine the drained diced tomatoes and the Chicken Parmesan Warm Dip Mix. Stir until well blended. Then, add the prepared Makin’ Magic Chicken, 1½ cups of the mozzarella and provolone cheese blend, and the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Stuff the Peppers:
Evenly distribute the chicken mixture among the pepper halves. Top each stuffed pepper with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add Water for Steaming:
Carefully pour ½ cup of hot water into the bottom of the baking dish to help steam the peppers during baking.
Bake Covered:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Bake Uncovered:
After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the peppers are golden brown and bubbly.
