Chicken Nuggets

Prep: Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) and place a rack on a baking sheet. This will allow you to keep the nuggets warm and crisp while cooking multiple batches.
Prepare the ingredients: Cut the chicken breasts into small, even pieces, the size of nuggets. This will facilitate even cooking and ensure a well-done interior.

Once hot, fry the nuggets in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan to prevent them from sticking together. Fry them until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Finish in the oven: Once the nuggets are golden brown and crisp, transfer them to the rack on the baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes. This will help the nuggets finish cooking on the inside and keep them crunchy.
