Chicken Fillets: Crispy on the Outside and Tender on the Inside!

In a bowl add the eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mix with a whisk.
Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared marinade, making sure to cover them completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a bowl with the breadcrumbs, add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and parmesan and mix.
After the time has elapsed, remove the meat from the marinade and coat it with breadcrumbs. Coat both sides.
Drizzle some olive oil on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and arrange the chicken fillets.
Drizzle some olive oil over the chicken fillets and transfer to the oven. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Serve them all together on a serving plate.
