Brownie Cookies: Super Easy to Make and Super Delicious

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Melt 150 g of chocolate with the butter.
  3. Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Mix the chocolate with the eggs. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture and mix well. Add the chopped chocolate and mix until incorporated.
  5. Refrigerate for 6-8 minutes. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-9 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan
