Bhindi (Okra) Hair Mask || Home Keratin Treatment || DIY Keratin Mask || Easy DIY

8-10 fresh okra pods (bhindi)

2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil (optional for added nourishment)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for shine)

1 cup water

Instructions:
Prepare the Okra:

Wash the okra pods thoroughly and chop them into small pieces. The smaller the pieces, the more mucilage you can extract.

Boil the Okra:

In a small pot, add the chopped okra and 1 cup of water. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to help release the mucilage, which will give you the thick, slimy texture necessary for the hair mask.

Strain the Mucilage:

After boiling, strain the mixture to separate the mucilage from the okra pieces. You should be left with a thick, gel-like substance.

Mix in Oils and Honey (Optional):

For added hydration and shine, mix in 2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir well to combine.

Apply the Mask:
