Slice the courgettes and transfer them to the bowl. Add salt, sweet paprika, pepper, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Pour the olive oil into the baking pan (size 30×20 cm) covered with baking paper and arrange half of the courgette mixture.
Arrange the cooked ham and cheese. Cover with another half of the courgette mixture.
Season with breadcrumbs and olive oil and add the butter cubes.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
