Wrap the potatoes in foil, then add salt and oil.
Bake at 200° for 1 hour.
Brown the diced onion, pepper and bacon in a pan with oil. Season with salt and chilli flakes.
Cut the potatoes in half and remove the inside.
Mash the potatoes and add them to the filling in the pan.
Also add the chopped parsley and grated cheese.
Stuff the potatoes with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
