Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in half, leaving the skin on.
2. Cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt, chili pepper and chili oil.
4. Add the cornstarch and a few tablespoons of grated parmesan.
5. Use this mixture to season the potatoes.
6. After lining a baking tray with baking paper, grease it with a little oil, parmesan and finely chopped rosemary.
7. Arrange the seasoned potatoes.
8. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
9. Once cooked, sprinkle with some fresh, chopped parsley.
