Directions:
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar, cinnamon, oil and water. Mix and add the starch, flour and yeast. Cut some of the apples into the dough and pour it into a floured mold. Cover with other apples, sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
