Apple roulade: a simple dessert with a delicate flavor!
Prepare the apple filling:
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Place the apple slices in a bowl and season with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Add raisins if you like.
Mix well and let the dough rest and prepare the muffin dough.
Prepare the roll dough:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a rectangular baking tin with butter and flour.

Gently press the edges of the bun to prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.
Cook and serve:
Bake the bun in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once baked, remove the bun from the oven and leave to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Before serving, transfer the bun to a plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Slice and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a pinch of cinnamon.
