Apple pies in a pan ready in 5 minutes: better than pancakes!

PREPARATION
1. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk, lemon zest, flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix until combined.
2. Peel the apples, remove the inside and cut into slices.
3. Add the lemon juice, light brown sugar and cinnamon to the bowl and mix with a whisk. Add the apple slices and mix well with the juice.
4. Transfer the apple slices to the pan and use a piping bag to spread the prepared batter on them. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, turn them over and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the apple slices on a plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
