Apple pie with yogurt

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites
with 20 g of sugar until stiff. In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolk with the sugar, add the vegetable oil, yogurt and cake flour, mix until smooth. Add the egg yolk mixture to the egg whites, mix well. Place the mixture in a baking pan, add the apple slices on top and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
