1. First, line a cake tin with baking paper. Then peel the apples, cut them into quarters, core them and crush them lengthwise on top.
2. Now beat the eggs with the butter, sugar and vanilla flavor until foamy.
Gradually add flour, baking powder and milk (I don’t measure the milk, I do it by touch, and the dough shouldn’t be too thin, so just drink it).
3. In the evening, pour the batter into the cake tin and smooth it out. Then, spread the apples on the batter in a crown shape and preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
4. Then mix 300 ml of milk with the baking custard cream and then spread the custard on the apples with a spoon. Bake for about 25 minutes. It all depends on the oven. It’s best to test with a toothpick. Super tasty, enjoy!
