First, cream the sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs and finally add the flour and yeast. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
Peel the apples finely, cut into smaller pieces and press lightly into the dough. Bake the dough at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Mix the glaze with the sugar, eggs and sour cream and pour it over the cake after 10 minutes of pre-baking. Bake the cake for another 40 minutes. It’s so delicious!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
