- Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a saucepan with the lemon juice, sugar and starch.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool.
- Now prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour, starch, sugar and vanilla.
- Then add the butter in pieces, then work with your hands to combine the ingredients.
- Add the egg yolks and mix until you get a sandy mixture.
- With this mixture, form a base in a mold and flatten it with a spoon.
- Add the previously cooked apples.
- Then cover with more crumbled dough.
- Cook in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Decorate with icing sugar
