  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a saucepan with the lemon juice, sugar and starch.
  2. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Now prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour, starch, sugar and vanilla.
  5. Then add the butter in pieces, then work with your hands to combine the ingredients.
  6. Add the egg yolks and mix until you get a sandy mixture.
  7. With this mixture, form a base in a mold and flatten it with a spoon.
  8. Add the previously cooked apples.
  9. Then cover with more crumbled dough.
  10. Cook in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  11. Decorate with icing sugar
