- Beat the flour with the sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
- Add 1 egg and the cold butter in cubes. Work the mixture with your hands until it forms crumbs.
- Spread half of the breadcrumbs on the bottom of a 20 cm mould.
- Beat the yogurt with 2 eggs and condensed milk, add the raisins and apples, mix.
- Pour the filling onto the breadcrumb base and sprinkle with chocolate. Add another half of the breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
