Apple Crumble Cake: Super fragrant and super quick to make!

  1. Beat the flour with the sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add 1 egg and the cold butter in cubes. Work the mixture with your hands until it forms crumbs.
  3. Spread half of the breadcrumbs on the bottom of a 20 cm mould.
  4. Beat the yogurt with 2 eggs and condensed milk, add the raisins and apples, mix.
  5. Pour the filling onto the breadcrumb base and sprinkle with chocolate. Add another half of the breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
