METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla, salt, milk and vegetable oil.
Separately, whip the flour with the yeast and add it to the liquids a spoonful at a time, working the mixture with a hand whisk.
Peel and chop an apple and add it to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased 24 cm mold. Add half of the custard on top by spoonfuls, decorate with apple slices and cover with the remaining cream.
Bake for 50 minutes and leave to cool before serving
