Apple Cinnamon Layer Cake.

Bake at 170°C (340°F).
Grease a cake tin with butter or oil.
Note:
In a large bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt using a hand mixer until frothy.
Gradually add 135g sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add 1/3 tsp vanilla extract, 135g milk and 70ml oil to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix 15g yeast with 300g flour.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined. I don’t see any change.
Assemble the cake:

Pour a layer of batter into the greased cake pan.
Arrange a layer of chopped apples on the batter.
Sprinkle a generous amount of ground cinnamon on the apples.
Pour another layer of batter over the apples.
Add another layer of chopped apples on top. Preparation:
