We break the petor cookies with our hands.
Add the milk, sugar, starch and cocoa to a suitable saucepan and mix. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the chocolate and butter, mix.
Add the cream that we prepared for the cookies and mix.
Place the shortcrust pastry in the form and smooth it out with a spatula.
Pour the cream into a suitable bowl and heat. Add the chocolate, mix and spread over the cookies.
Refrigerate for 6 hours. Remove from the form, cut into slices and serve.
