600g flour

270ml lukewarm water

50ml oil

1 sachet of dry yeast

1 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

150g yoghurt

Farce
650g minced meat (lamb)
2 large onions, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of ginger,
finely diced ½ bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
salt
¼ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cumin
